THP Graphics Group, Inc., a Conyers, Georgia - Design, Printing and Sign Company has acquired another printing company, Regal Printing in Atlanta, Georgia.
THP was established as a Georgia corporation in 1977. Co-owners, Jefferson Riley and David Bond have acquired several other companies in the last sixteen years. Some of these companies include Nelson Graphics of Avondale, Harrison Signs of Conyers, Metro Printers Guild of Conyers, Broadwell Printing of Conyers and most recently in January 2007, Peeples Printing of Gainesville.
Regal is a twentyyear old, very successful printing company owned by Miles England. Miles is also known for his quality construction work as the owner of Madison Builders. Miles has been very successful in residential and commercial construction business in the Newton, Rockdale and the Walton County areas. He has decided to spend more time focusing on his construction business thus the reason for the sale of Regal Printing. Miles has known THP for many years and is very excited about the future of Regal with THP.
Regal Printing currently offers design, printing and promotional products with total sales of just under $1 million annually. “Regal’s dedication to excellent printing and quality service match the values of THP; this makes Regal another perfect fit for THP” says THP President and CEO, Jefferson Riley. “THP will continue to operate Regal at its current 14th Street, Atlanta location under the name (Regal Printing, A THP Company). This will now give THP a physical presence in downtown Atlanta and add to our large number of customers in that area.”
THP has also operated a high-end design agency in Conyers for 16 years and recently re-branded it with the name (AlignDesign, A THP Company). AlignDesign will now open its second office at this 14th Street location of Regal, adding to its sales and broadening its geographical reach.
In February of 2006 THP also established (AdverSource, A THP Company) which is a promotional products and specialty advertising business. This new subsidiary of THP has already experienced steady growth throughout 2006 and the added promotional products sales from Regal Printing will also be a big boost for AdverSource.
THP Graphics Group, Inc. underwent a total re-branding in 2006 to better identify its product offerings and subsidiaries. These subsidiaries include, AdverSource Promotional Products, AlignDesign Graphics Studio, CopyDocs Document Output Centers, Sign Solutions Digital and Traditional and THP Commercial Printing Services.
